- Hãy hình dung bạn đang muốn download 1 kho film về máy mình, điều đáng nói ở đây là kho film này gồm nhiều link (hiển nhiên) => làm sao xác định được link nào còn “sống”, link nào … đã “chết”. Bởi nếu như cứ cắm đầu cắm cổ download, chẳng may đến file cuối cùng, file này đã … ngủm => công trình của bạn coi như “dã tràng xe cát”.



- Ngay tại trên trang RS.com, nhà cung cấp dịch vụ đã hỗ trợ sẵn cho bạn 1 ứng dụng trực tuyến tuyệt vời. Mọi việc bạn phải làm, đơn giản chỉ là: nhập các link RS cần kiểm tra vào => xem kết quả.



- Nếu may mắn (các link còn sống) => “đèn xanh” sẽ được bật => bạn có thể an tâm mà tải chúng về.



- Còn bằng ngược lại, bạn sẽ nhận được thông báo “thành kính phân ưu” từ nhà cung cấp dịch vụ



- Tất nhiên, việc dùng Link Checker để kiểm tra 1 số lượng link nhỏ (một vài link) là điều không cần thiết, bởi chỉ cần copy-paste link muốn kiểm tra (hoặc download) vào trình duyệt => bạn sẽ có ngay kết quả.

4. Upload dữ liệu lên RS.com:
- Ngay sau khi đăng nhập bằng tài khoản của mình vào trang RS, bạn dễ dàng nhận thấy khu vực upload dữ liệu (khá nhỏ gọn).



- Trường hợp bạn chỉ muốn upload 1 file duy nhất, bạn chỉ cần nhấn Browse => xác định đường dẫn đến file cần upload lên RS => nhấn upload. Quá đơn giản.
- Còn nếu bạn muốn upload cùng lúc nhiều file (trong cùng 1 thời điểm), bạn hãy dùng chức năng Multi-Upload.



+ RS cho phép bạn upload (tối đa) 10 file cùng lúc

5. Remote-Uploads (R.U) - Đồ nghề cho dân “pro”:
- Đây là 1 trong số những tính năng hay nhất, được đánh giá là hấp dẫn nhất, & cũng là 1 trong số những yếu tố giúp củng cố vị trí của RS (so với những dịch vụ cùng loại). Nói thế để bạn biết rằng, 1 khi sở hữu trong tay 1 tài khoản RS, nếu như chưa biết sử dụng R.U => đã đã lãng phí rất nhiều.

- “Chóng mặt” !!! Đây là tất cả những gì mà tôi có thể nói sau lần sử dụng đầu tiên tính năng R.U của RS. 1 file có dung lượng gần 100MB mà trong tích tắc (chưa đầy 1 phút) đã được upload lên RS.

- Tuy nhiên, bù lại, để có thể dùng được chức năng này, bạn cần tuân thủ 1 số điều lệ sau:

+ Các file cần upload, mỗi file phải có dung lượng ≤ 100MB.
+ Mỗi lần upload, bạn có thể (remote) upload cùng lúc 100 file (tối đa)
+ Link đưa vào phải ở dạng “trực tiếp” (có thể download ngay mà không phải thông qua bất cứ thủ tục nào).
+ Không chấp nhận R.U từ RS.com (hoặc RS.de) sang RS.com

- Ở ví dụ trên, người dùng đã “ngoan cố” đưa vào 2 link RS.com => và đây là cái mà họ nhận được:



- Và tôi cũng cam đoan rằng, bạn sẽ nhận được thông báo tương tự nếu như đưa vào link download kiểu “gián tiếp”.

- Mặc khác, nếu link đưa vào tuân thủ đúng luật, hiển nhiên kết quả sẽ hoàn toàn tốt đẹp.





- Ngoài ra, 1 điều hết sức thú vị (tôi đánh giá cao điều này) mà chắc chắn bạn sẽ hài lòng, đó là: trong quá trình R.U các file, bạn hoàn toàn có thể chuyển qua trang khác để làm việc hoặc tắt trang RS (đang R.U), thậm chí … thoát luôn trình duyệt, thay vì phải ngồi chờ dài cổ để đón xem kết quả (như kiểu upload thông thường)

6. Tôi vẫn chưa hiểu điểm khác nhau giữa 2 tính năng upload & remote-uploads ?
- Việc upload theo kiểu thông thường (xem lại phần 4) nói chung, hoặc dùng tính năng Multi-Upload nói riêng, có sự khác biệt khá rõ rệt so với tính năng Remote-Uploads



7. Số lượng file mà tôi upload lên đã quá nhiều, làm cách nào để quản lý dễ dàng hơn ?
- RS cho phép bạn tạo ra nhiều folder để quản lý, phân loại các link dễ dàng, thuận lợi.
- Giả sử tôi muốn tạo 1 folder chuyên dùng lưu trữ, “nhóm” các link (của những file đã upload lên) nhạc hoà tấu => tôi tiến hành tạo 1 folder tên giaitri_hoatau.



=> sau khi đặt tên folder & nhấn Create new folder, bạn dễ dàng nhận thấy 1 “thành viên mới” đăng ký “tạm trú” trong danh sách:



8. Đã tạo được folder rồi, làm sao đưa các link dữ liệu vào ?
- Giả sử tôi cần đưa các file sau vào folder giaitri_film[xxx] mà tôi đã tạo trước. Tôi tiến hành như sau:
+ Đánh dấu tất cả các link muốn đưa vào folder giaitri_film[xxx].



+ Click vào mã đại diện của folder giaitri_film[xxx] (Folder-ID) . Trong trường hợp này, Folder-ID của folder giaitri_film[xxx] là E9Z084.



+ Đưa các link đã đánh dấu vào folder giaitri_film[xxx] bằng cách click vào Copy to E9Z084.



=> kết quả khi mở folder giaitri_film[xxx]:



9. Các link đã đưa vào 1 folder chỉ định rồi, tại sao ngoài trang chính (main-page) các link đó vẫn còn tồn tại ?
- Đó cũng là lý do tại sao, khi tôi đưa các link vào folder giaitri_film[xxx], tôi chỉ có thể nhấn vào Copy to E9Z084 (thay vì Move to E9Z084).

- Điều này có nghĩa là, thực tế, khi đưa 1 (hay nhiều) link vào 1 folder, RS chỉ “ánh xạ” link của file đó vào folder đã chỉ định (giống như bạn tạo 1 shortcut cho 1 file vậy).
=> link trong 1 folder thực chất chỉ là 1 shortcut, nếu bạn xóa link này, link gốc (ngoài trang chính) vẫn không bị xoá.

10. Đã lỡ đưa các link vào 1 folder, có cách nào xóa nó đi không ?
- Thực tế, bạn có thể ánh xạ link của 1 file vào nhiều folder chứ không nhất thiết là 1 folder.
- Để xóa 1 hoặc nhiều link trong 1 folder, bạn cần:
+ Truy cập vào folder đó với quyền Admin



+ Chọn (đánh dấu) link cần xóa



+ Đánh dấu & nhấn vào nút Delete marked entries

11. Cấu hình cho việc download:
- Mặc định, khi nhấp vào 1 link RS, bạn sẽ được chuyển đến trang sau:



- Hiển nhiên, do bạn có tài khoản rồi => chọn download theo kiểu Premium.



- Các link (lúc này phải gọi là “kênh” (mirror) thì hợp lý hơn) download trực tiếp của file đó sẽ hiện ra. Bạn chọn 1 trong các mirror download.
- Câu hỏi đặt ra là: liệu có cách nào đơn giản hơn, liệu có thể chỉ cần nhấp vào 1 link RS, link đó lập tức chuyển sang thành direct-link ?
- Câu trả lời là có ! Tại trang chính của tài khoản, bạn phần vào Options:



- Chọn Direct-downloads (download (lấy link) trực tiếp).



(nếu bạn có dùng kèm 1 trình tăng tốc download (Internet Download Manager chẳng hạn), bạn sẽ thấy được ích lợi thực tiễn của tùy chọn Direct-downloads rõ ràng hơn)

12. Đã có upload hàng loạt , còn download hàng loạt thì sao ?
- Trên mạng đã có rất nhiều công cụ hỗ trợ việc này. Tuy nhiên, kết quả thì ít mà hậu quả thì nhiều. Nhìn chung, sử dụng các công cụ này để download hàng loạt giống như chơi 1 trò chơi may rủi.

- Trong khi đó, nếu khéo léo 1 chút, bạn có thể tạo 1 bộ kết hợp tuyệt vời, hoàn hảo từ: FireFox + FlashGot + Internet Download Manager. Với bộ 3 này trong tay, bạn có thể biến điều tưởng chừng không thể thành có thể.
+ Về cách sử dụng bộ 3 này, bạn có thể tìm đọc thêm bài “FireFox - Ác mộng của mọi trình duyệt” của tác giả để biết thêm chi tiết.

13. Khắc phục tình trạng download trì trệ & download bị đứt quãng:
- Dù có tài khoản acc trong tay, trên lý thuyết, tốc độ download dữ liệu của bạn luôn cao hơn so với người download mà không có tài khoản .

- Tuy nhiên, lắm lúc tình trạng download vẫn bị “bò kéo xe, rùa leo núi”, ì ạch ở mức vài kbs. Lắm lúc “cười ra nước mắt”, download được gần 100% thì … treo hoàn toàn, không nhúc nhích nữa.



- Trong trường hợp trên, file đang download đã hoàn tất được 94%, nhưng đã treo (không thể download được nữa). Gặp trình trạng này, thường thì giải pháp của mọi người là … download lại từ đầu. Nhưng như thế thì “chua” quá.

- Hãy bình tĩnh. Trước hết, bạn hãy cho ngưng tiến trình downlaod file này lại. Copy địa chỉ (gốc) của file này & dán (paste) vào trình duyệt.



+ Lưu ý: nên thêm phần mở rộng “html” vào cuối link.
- Mục đích của việc làm này là để lấy link download mới.



- Như bạn thấy, link download mới đã có tín hiện “trả lời” (bằng chứng là hiện ra dung lượng file (94,79MB). Lúc này, thay vì nhấn Sart Download để … download lại từ đầu, bạn hãy copy link (URL) download trên, & paste ngược trở lại vào phần link download của file bị đứt quãng trên.
=> quá trình download đã “hồi sinh”



Thay lời kết:
- Phải bỏ ra 1 khoản tiền nhất định mới có thể sở hữu được 1 tài khoản RS. Tuy nhiên, cá nhân tôi đánh giá, khoản tiền này hoàn toàn xứng đáng, đáng “đồng tiền bát gạo”.

- Với nhiều tính năng vượt trội, chất lượng đảm bảo, server mạnh, không gian lưu trữ lớn, băng thông rộng. hỗ trợ kỹ thuật tốt (24/7), RS hoàn toàn xứng đáng là 1 trong số những nhà cung cấp dịch vụ lưu trữ trực tuyến tốt nhất hiện nay trên mạng.

- Và nếu như bạn đã có 1 tài khoản RS trong tay, bạn còn chờ gì mà không thử ngay những gì mà tôi đã trình bày trong bài này nhỉ ?!
